Dear ADV Family
Thank you for a wonderful 2022. Classes have all finished for the year and the office has now closed but you can contact us by email at academyofdance@bigpond.com. We are also changing over to a new operating system from Dancebiz to iclass pro. This means during January families will receive an email with new information on how to join the new platform to access your customer portal and control your enrolments. So keep your eye on your emails for that important information are excited about the value the new system will provide to families with ability to update your enrolments, organise make up classes and track your Childs skill progress yourself via our new app.
Below is a few final important reminders as we finish the year and prepare for 2023.

2023 ENROLMENT
Enrolment Prep Students
Students enrolling in 2023 prep classes need to use the attached link to enrol in 2023 prep classes. You will be prompted to pay your enrolment fee at the same time.

Enrolment - School age students
All current families with school age students (with the exception of preps) should have received their re-enrolment fee invoice of $65 and this needs to be paid as per your invoice details hold their allocated place. Students places are rolled over to 2023 and all families of school age children need to fill out the attached enrolment link to either keep their enrolment the same, vary their enrolment or cancel their enrolment. Enrolment Preschool Students:
Current students enrolling in 2023 preschool age classes need to use the attached link to enrol in classes. You will be prompted to pay your 2023 enrolment fee at the same time.
Current students are given class preference over new students for term one only. Classes are closed once they reach capacity.
CONCERT USB ORDERS
LAST CHANCE to order your concert USB for your dancers special memory! All orders close this Saturday 17 December

STATE YOUTH BALLET SUMMER INTENSIVE 17 & 18 January
ADV has joined forces with SYBC to offer a special 2 day summer intensive for classical ballet students who have a passion for extension training.
This is suitable to serious classical ballet students involved in the ADV extension program. $129 for two days.

ADV SUMMER INTENSIVE 19 & 20 January
A fun two day intensive with classes in Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre, Craft and more!
$130 for two days or $80 for one day.

ADV CONCERT PHOTOS
All ADV families will be sent a link to access and download all the professional photos that were taken at the concert.
We hope to receive this links in January and will send it by email to all families.
Families will have access to download every photo taken as this was included your concert payment.

Do you love to sing? Why not join our Junior Performance Choir in 2023 on Thursdays 5pm - 5:45pm
Suitable for students in prep to grade 6 in 2023
A fabulous new initiative with lots of exciting opportunities to learn perform with our junior choir.
